Two things I would like to mention here,

If boundaries of inputs and outputs are not defined and also what each layer should contain is not very clear, its easy to loose track and thus it can be converted into a chaos.

Secondly, if you have only one source of Data, having Repository and sublayers seems a-lot of extra effort. So this can be combined into one layer.
